The Kenya Comfort hotel is anything but a place exuding "comfort." Built and also apparently furnished in the 1950's, it's done little to nothing to maintain, upgrade and/or modernize the facility. Simply put, it has all of the charm of a dated African prison.

The one thing going for it however, is the city center location at the junction of Muindi Mbingu / Monrovia Street, opposite Jeevanjee Gardens. Very convenient, but it also has the tendency to attract thieves who are known to lurk around the area and hide in Jeevanjee Gardens and other select locations just waiting for you to extract money from the Barclays ATM across the street so they can then, in turn, extract it from you - by force if necessary.

For room rates and other information you can view/contact them on their website. Needless to say, we do not recommend this hotel. In this price range, we strongly recommend the previously reviewed Central Park Hotel.
