Has Uganda finally embraced the gay life style or has the infamous and sleazy Red Pepper gossip rag reached new lows by taking pictures of scantily clad heterosexual girls just out having fun at the clubs in Kampala and labeling them as engaging in "sista love" in order to sell papers/ad space?
